About Salus Legacy

Helping Singaporeans plan their legacy — without paying a law firm.

Salus Legacy is a will-drafting service combining structured drafting tools with medical care planning. We help people put their estate in order at a fraction of the cost of a traditional law firm — without compromising on the legal soundness of the documents.

What we do

We offer three things that work together:

  • Wills — drafted using lawyer-drafted templates, from S$199 (Simple) and capped at S$349 (Custom).
  • LPAs & medical capacity certification — Form 1 LPAs supported, with medical capacity certification by our LPA-certified doctors at S$55.
  • Healthcare & Salus Beyond — primary care, AMD, ACP facilitation, plus our Salus Beyond service for personal legacy work that a Will alone cannot capture (letters, video messages, stewarded deeds).

Who's behind Salus

Salus Legacy is founded by two medical doctors and a legally trained director, all of whom serve as directors. Our legal framework and will-drafting system are led by our director, who holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and has completed formal training at a Singapore law firm, with direct experience in will drafting and estate documentation.

The Will Writer he developed reflects this background — adapting established Singapore drafting conventions into a structured system that allows individuals to produce clear, professionally structured wills efficiently and reliably.

Salus Legacy provides will-drafting and document preparation services using lawyer-developed templates and processes. We do not provide legal advice or act as solicitors. Our role is to deliver structured, high-quality estate planning documents within a clearly defined scope, allowing for efficiency, accessibility, and consistency.

Our medical services, including capacity certification, Advance Medical Directive (AMD), Advance Care Planning (ACP), and primary care support, are provided by our team of registered medical practitioners.

When you should use a law firm instead

Our structured service is the right fit for the majority of estate planning needs in Singapore. But there are situations where you genuinely need a practising solicitor:

  • Significant business interests, complex shareholdings, or trust structures beyond a simple sub-fund or age trust.
  • Significant property or financial assets in multiple jurisdictions.
  • You anticipate the Will being contested by a family member or dependent.
  • A Form 2 (customised) LPA — restricted to law-firm drafting under OPG rules.
  • You want personalised legal advice on tax planning, succession structures, or balancing competing claims.

Most people finish in 12–20 minutes. Your Will is generated immediately on submission.
